Capmezz have just completed on a really small development equity deal, but we are so proud of this one .. it’s only £298k as pure equity and I’ll be honest it wasn’t cheap - it’s safe to say that the waterfall flowed downhill! That said, it’s the vital piece of the jigsaw that makes up the balance of the capital stack on a very much larger senior and Mezz deal with a 41% return on costs.

Ps. We worked on this deal to help a good friend who is an excellent bridging and development broker, but understandably doesn’t yet have the Mezz and equity contacts. I hope she comes back to use the Capmezz Team again 😊
